Pink Rosewater Cupcakes
Believe it or not, this is my patriotic 4th of July cake minus the tint + 1 ts Organic Rose Water
*Be mindful not to use too much–this will result in a soapy taste–I intend on doing a video at some point 
Happy Birthday to my alter-ego, The Squishy Monster who lives on this blog!
A year ago, I was watching all the food I was making vanish. Mere crumbs were all that remained as the only telltale sign of anything having been lovingly and carefully put together.
Since then, I’ve wised up and began chronicling my adventures through food. Each picture is a reminder of how I was feeling that day, each recipe an expression of love, and each bite I consumed, a layer in a cake of happiness.
