Fudge 2 Ingredients/5 Minutes
As I write this, I’m in bed nibbling on my third piece of white chocolate fudge. Lately, I’ve taken to hoarding all my yummies into bed with me which is absolutely no bueno. My rationale right now is that the fudge probably won’t leave a crumb trail but alas, I digress. I’ll tend to the ant problem later…
This may very well be the most easiest recipe that will live in my recipe index so definitely check it out.

- 20 oz chocolate chips
- 10 oz sweetened condensed milk
- Melt both in 30 second intervals in the microwave.
- Stir and pour into desired molds.
- Set and eat.
Disappointing lovers may come and go but chocolate will always be there, haha. (Especially in this case because it’s just so quick and simple)!
Love you more than chocolate,
Your Squishy Monster ^.~

what a great, fast recipe for fudge. I bet dark chocolate would work too and maybe even some yummy inclusions, like nuts, or dried fruit even. Perhaps a splash of something naughty like cognac or orange liqueur.
What a super easy recipe, I’m pinning this baby! Perfect for Valentine’s day
2 Ingredients? Already love it! Sounds delicious.
I don’t know, this seems like a complicated recipe with lots of steps Looks so good they would not make it from the kitchen to the bed.
OK first attempt at comment vanished? Anywho…this recipe is too complicated and they would not make it to my bedroom before disappearing lol.
How ridiculously easy and extremely sweet treat!
Happy Vday!
True, true…btw, it may be from my end that the comments keep getting gobbled up, what can I say, she’s a hungry one =)
Way too easy to not give it a whirl
Hooray for pinning…especially since I didn’t even know what that was a year ago, LOL
ohhhh yes =)
FTW!
It may be illegal so don’t tell anyone =)
I couldn’t either but it somehow works.
Thank YOU for watching, Les!
Maybe the ants will become my friends, haha. I wish you the bestest week, Amelia!!
I love microwave fudge! And anything with condensed milk
You are welcome Angie.Good you do not have a cat or kitty would want to share your bed time snack with you Angie.
I’ve been known to lick a spoon or two =)
I hoard all my candy too….I have 4 kids. Mine is in my closet until I sneak it into my bed. There is nothing wrong with hoarding chocolate, especially if it looks as good as this quick and easy fudge.
Yum. I love white chocolate.

These are sooooo cute–and what an awesome idea to do fudge in little muffin cups!
Yum! I like this so much better than the canned frosting version I’ve seen. This two ingredient fudge recipe is one I think I’ll actually try
That’s what I like to hear =)
It makes me feel less guilty when eating multiples…haha
White chocolate is something I’ve gotten into recently and it’s great =)
oh boy! another sleepless night ahead! you’re no monster.. you’re a temptress! ^^ i really need to stop reading your posts at night!
Thanks, Gemma =)
Chocolate fudge, what more could a girl ask for!
hot men to eat it off of, haha, I kid
can you please give me the exact measurements you used for your small batches? i tried making this and for only 2 ingredients i couldn’t get it to turn out. it was a big blob and not liquidity at all.
I can’t believe it’s that easy! I wouldn’t be safe with these in the house. haha
I ate more than I’d like to admit…if you indulged with me, I figure it would only be half the calories/fat LOL
To divide, try 10 oz chips and 5 oz condensed milk…make sure everything is bone dry as any moisture might seize up your chocolate and melt at 20-30 second intervals…or you could try a steady heat from a double boiler. Please let me know if this works for you/you have any more questions =)
I cant wait, I am makin fudge for xmas gifts. Question, this looks like you can switch it up pretty easily with this base kind of system. Can I make caramel fudge like this? the recipes I have found for fudge all include butter and when I make it with butter it never sets the way I want. Would it be possible to make the caramel fudge in this way, like mixing caramel sauce up with the chocolate and condensed milk?
Hi, Becky! Thanks for being here!! I’ve never completely switched up part of the base with a caramel sauce but have made a marbled type fudge with it running through the basic fudge. The versatility really comes with the candy you use. I’ve successfully used butterscotch, white chocolate, dark/milk. Merry Christmas, Becky!
