Weekend Bites

I was so sad about the weekend leaving that I had ice cream for breakfast…I feel good about it.

Here’s the food lineup from the weekend (my friends swear that a morbidly obese man resides within me).

IMG_6028 {Dinner for the family} I made shrimp summer rolls, steak pad thai, and sticky rice with coconut custard and fresh mango (written in the books for videos).

      Though I was a bit disappointed with only 3 pieces of tuna, it was definitely so buttery and melt-in-your-mouth, I didn’t complain for long.

    yes…either a big hungry man or I live in you!! hahaa i eat ice cream all the time + am a regular at the buffets! but i only 175lbs + 5’11. ^^

      There was actually more food involved but I failed to grab my camera so yes, I think one could die from the type of over indulgence I enjoy, lol
