Maaaake Squid Jerky!
Note: you will either love this or hate this. It is definitely “Squidy” or “Seafoody”

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried, shredded Squid (cut into 2″ pieces if it bothers you)
- 3 tb of Paste (recipe below)
- 2 ts Sesame Oil
- 2 ts Sesame Seed
- 2 tb Honey or Brown Sugar
- (Green Onions/Scallions are optional)
To make the Paste:
- 2-3 tb Pepper Paste (Gochujang)
- 1 tb Garlic
- ½ ts Ginger
- ½ ts Fish Sauce
- ½ ts Soy Sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dump everything in it and press it all together with your gloved hands. You want to squeeze and massage until it’s a nice rosy color.
